RBI Junior Engineer Recruitment 2026 Notification Out

The Reserve Bank of India has invited applications for Junior Engineer (JE) Recruitment 2026 in Civil and Electrical disciplines.

This recruitment aims to fill technical roles related to maintenance and infrastructure supervision across RBI offices in different regions.

Vacancy Details

A total of 11 vacancies have been announced:

• Junior Engineer (Civil): 7 posts
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): 4 posts

The positions are distributed across North, South, East, West, and Central zones of India.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Civil Posts: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Electrical Posts: Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years (as on April 1, 2026)

Age relaxation will be applicable as per government norms.

Selection Process

The recruitment process will be conducted in two stages:

1. Online Examination
2. Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

Candidates who qualify the written exam will be shortlisted for the LPT.
